Joshuascapes provides a "Do It Together" program to assist homeowners in tackling their garden projects. With the guidance of professionals, you can landscape with confidence. Joshuascape's DIT program means no more guessing and no more failed attempts.


HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: Call Us
Call Joshuascapes at (210) 695-9746 or email us and then go to the contact page. Set up an appointment by letting us know what time of day you are available, what days of the week you are available, your address and phone.
A consultation fee of $250.00 will apply on the first visit.
$135.00 will be credited to you for Joshuascapes services, plants or landscape materials.

STEP 2: Meet With You
One of our representatives will then meet with you on location and discuss what goals you have in mind for your new landscape. An on site design will be established by paint-marking areas on the yard.
Paint marking will not harm organic material and is not permanent. This process is intended to keep cost down. Professional drawings are available starting at $600.00.

STEP 3: Material List
A written list of materials and a plan of action will be submitted to you within two weeks. (Up to three weeks during peek season.)
It is very important to take notes while meeting with you to compare with our submitted plan to make sure we are fully on the same page.

STEP 4: On-Site Plant Design
Part of the plans we send you will include a plant budget. If you purchase plant material from Joshuascapes, will deliver them to you and set them in the garden areas, exactly where they need to be planted. Our expertise and beautiful layouts will eliminate guessing of what plant looks best in a certain spot. We also know growth habits and mature plant sizes, which helps determine how the garden will look after a full growing season. Don’t guess, just plant! Decide not to plant? We will plant for you at 35% of the purchased plants.
Minimum purchase of $500.00 worth of plants applies most of the time.

STEP 5: Use Your Joshuascapes Credit!
Use your credit to purchase plants or apply to labor fees. Below is a list of plant sizes and their prices.
Our plants are from growers who limit the use of fertilizers and grow hardy plants; compared to home improvement stores.

We understand all too well that the work can prove to be too much. Oftentimes what seems a small job turns-out much bigger half-way through. If you wade in and find yourself in a bind we can give you can estimate to send our professionals over to finish-up the work. Sometimes your deadline is right on top of you and you need a hand, that is what the DIT program is all about. You are not alone...we will assist and support you until your project is completed. Consider the DIT program...it just might be the right choice for you.
